For a long time, I battled with heavy periods associated with avoidable stains which was very embarrassing.

The flow is so much that the all night long, last longer pads couldn’t absorb! So unfortunate.

Over the years I’ve tried lot of things and eventually found what works! Today I’m sharing those that I do to contain my heavy flow menses.
