‘Harry Potter’ Actor Michael Gambon Dies at 82
Acclaimed actor Sir Michael Gambon has died. The performer, best known for bringing Professor Albus Dumbledore to the screen in six of the eight Harry Potter movies, had a career that spanned more than five decades. He won BAFTAs, Olivier and Screen Actors Guild Awards, and received nominations for a Tony, Golden Globe and Emmy awards. Sir Michael was knighted for his services to the British entertainment industry in 1998. Sir Michael Gambon was 82 years old.
