HOME REPAIR 101- fixing a gas leak

***Please see disclaimer in the beginning of the video- this is not a repair for a beginner. You must have a working knowledge of pipe fittings & tightening sequences, etc. in order to prevent gas leaks when you're all done. A gas leak could cause your house / building to explode & kill people if not done properly.
Please have a professional do these types of repairs if you are unsure how to do them.
NOTE- the pipe compound used works on this type of pipe; whether for gas lines, water pipe plumbing, air line plumbing from a shop compressor, or steam line piping for a boiler system.
Any time you use steel piping from the hardware store, you can use this compound.
