APEX 1RM BB Back Squat
The next APEX training phase is here.
In this block we are focusing on building maximal strength through the Barbell Back Squat, working toward heavy lifts and eventually testing your 1RM.
Many athletes have never truly pushed toward their maximal strength before, so in this video I explain what to expect during the phase and why a weightlifting belt and knee sleeves are important tools for both performance and injury prevention.
If you’re planning on training hard this phase, investing in the right gear will make a big difference.
