Hi, Here are some immune boosting fruit purees you can offer once you start solids for your baby. Try with one fruit if you are starting at 4 months or 5 months. Always look for allergy signs when starting a new food for your baby.

RECIPE #1 - Apple Banana Puree for baby

Apple - half ( peeled and chopped )
Water - 1 cup ( or 250 ml )
Banana - half ( ripe )

Avocado - half ( ripe and mushy )
