LUCKY BASTARD is a thriller about a porn website run by Mike (Don McManus) that invites fans to have sex with porn stars. Jay Paulson plays Dave, an eager young fan given a chance to have sex with the fabulous Ashley Saint (Betsy Rue). But when Dave fails to perform, he is driven by shame and humiliation into committing the most dreadful acts imaginable.

LUCKY BASTARD is driven by an array of critically acclaimed performances that reveal the humanity behind America's dubious obsessions with sex, pornography and "humiliation" entertainment. The movie crosses many genres—drama, comedy, suspense thriller—without entirely belonging to any of them, and implicitly comments on a society in which pornography is not only a common part of modern life but also a mirror reflecting the nature of intimacy.
