Walk Safe is a comprehensive application including over 40 videos that will maximize your walking safety. The application includes a comprehensive test, which once scored will tell you if you need an assistive device and what kind. Walk Safe will also provide you education complete with video instruction on how to walk with an assistive device, adjust it and also how to determine which kind is best for you. 5 comprehensive videos are included in this series. You will also get recommendations for increasing home safety, medication safety, walking safety and improving balance.
Over 30 video exercises are included to improve strength, balance and flexibility required for safe walking. These exercises can be done alone or with a friend and are also great for the "at-home" caregiver or nurse advising on practical mobility and exercise care.
