What is a Seer?

What is a Seer? In the Ancient Hebraic times there were those who were described as Seers. The Hebrew word for a Seer is Ra ah , Chozeh, he was defined as a Beholder of Visions, a Star Gazer. This gift of God still remains in the earth and there are Seers here today. The primary mode of communication and interaction between them and God is through dreams and Visions, the visual realm.
