Deaf Basketball Players in a League of Their Own

From the time capsule - 1988 - In world of growing opportunities for people with disabilities, it should come as no surprise that deaf athletes would form their own basketball league - a league with travelling teams and championship playoffs. But what might surprise you is the league is nothing new. It's been around for decades. What has changed, according to reporter Marcus Jones, is the hearing world has started to pay more attention.
