This fried chicken recipe is super easy to make and the brining part, well that's optional, but if you have a little extra time, it's well worth the effort for extra moist meat, I promise you. For those concerned about health, there's nothing wrong with treating yourself to fried chicken once in a while, just back it up with a large green salad and hold off on the fries (chips) and cola.
