Whitehall Medical Incident: Police and Ambulance responding for injured man

This is video footage of a medical incident that took place in Whitehall on Friday 17th February 2017 shortly before the French Ambassador was due to come out of Downing Street. Here you can see several SEG Bike units, a SEG Range Rover and several LAS Ambulances responding to the incident, this is quite unique and rare footage as SEG units don't usually assist with any incidents, thats usually down to local units but it just so happened that and SEG officer witnessed the man collapse so assisted along with other officers until the London Ambulance Service arrived.
