Dundee Cake For Christmas

This is wonderful fruit-filled cake that is topped with blanched almonds. It is a traditional cake for this time of year, ideal as an alternative to Christmas Cake. It stores well so can be made in advance if required. The moist texture and fruity flavour are delicious.
