5,000-Year-Old Skeletons Unearthed in Scotland
Five-thousand-year-old skeletons have just been unearthed in Scotland. A team from National Museums Scotland and Cardiff University rediscovered a tomb that was mostly destroyed 127 years ago, so that Victorian builders could use the stone for a farmhouse. Archaeologists are calling this find ‘incredibly rare.’ It took three weeks for the team to excavate the remains of what they believe to be 14 men, women, and children.
