Philips BSB D-MAC receiver working again

After a lot of trial and error, the BSB receiver finally plays some audio. The BSB-branded D-MAC receivers seem to ignore the SI packets which tell the decoder which audio channel to decode. I eventually found out that they default to channel 128. It's still not idea, but it works.
