Due to the extreme rarity of this footage and DVD, I wanted to upload it for posterity and the educational benefits it will bring to the younger citizens of our great city. There is no financial gain made from this upload. This video is not monetized or sponsored. I am sharing purely for educational purposes only.

When I uploaded this video in 2013, I split it into a number of parts because I didn't have a verified YouTube account. The reason number 5 of 7 is still online 7 years later, is because back in 2013, I was approached by a stranger who claimed to own copyright. They claimed they were part of the publishing company, and that by uploading the video, I had cost them thousands of pounds in lost sales. They threatened me, both on e-mail and with the law. They were quite abusive!!

I took parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7 down rather than deal with the threats, but I challenged them to prove without a matter of a doubt that they owned the footage, and that I had caused these losses (which I knew were false, as this is an out of print video, and the producer was no longer trading).

They never responded to this challenge. This was 7 years ago, and I've never heard back from the stranger who was clearly lying about their claim to copyright.

I've never been approached having part 5 of the DVD on YouTube either. And 7 years later, I see that the bulk of this DVD has been split up by hundreds of other people, and posted across loads of YouTube channels already.

So; as before; for the sake of posterity and sharing historical footage purely for the love of the City of Cardiff and the old trolleybuses that used to dominate the streets, I have re-uploaded the video - in full this time.

Until such time that I can find the copyright owner and confirm I require their permission to share this footage, I have to clearly declare that I have searched for the copyright owner of this footage (in 2013 and 2020), and cannot find the information. I intend no breach of copyright by uploading this video - it is purely in good nature, with no ill intentions or financial gain.
Because there is no obvious way to find the copyright holder, I cannot be held responsible for any loss of potential sales due to people watching the video excepts on-line - especially considering many chunks of the full video have already been posted by many other users already. I am just trying to preserve this very important old footage.

However; as before; I am of course very happy to remove this video if the original owner contacts me with evidence of their ownership.
