In a groundbreaking move, Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has announced that American XL Bully dogs will be banned 'by the end of the year' following the latest dog attack which saw a man die. This marks the fifth breed to be banned since the introduction of the Dangerous Dogs Act. However, questions remain - how will the ban be implemented? What’s the impact on dog owners?
