Labor Day weekend saw GnarlyBark back at the 13th Annual Wheeling Vintage Raceboat Regatta known as The Henry Lauterbach Memorial on Saturday September 1, 2018, which was the first of two days for this Ohio River event held at the Heritage Port in downtown Wheeling.
