2 cups chilled milk

2 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)

2 tbsp basil seeds (sabja/tukmaria), soaked in water for 15-20 mins

100g falooda sev (or thin vermicelli), cooked and cooled

2 scoops vanilla or kulfi ice cream

Layering & Color:

Rose syrup (red/pink)

Mango syrup or mango pulp (yellow)

Kiwi or green syrup (green)

Blue curacao or butterfly pea syrup (blue)

Grape syrup or blackcurrant (purple)

Toppings (optional but yum):

Chopped jelly cubes in different colors

Chopped nuts (cashew, almonds, pistachios)

Glazed cherries or tutti frutti

Whipped cream (optional)
