A Mancunian Footballer in London - David Cross - West Ham

This was a private video moodboard made in June 2019. Myself and West Ham cult hero David Cross spent some time together in Manchester only a fortnight before. I wanted to document his time as a journeyman footballer arriving in East London, and winning the cup for West Ham Utd.

Not every West Ham fan experienced 'Psycho's' time at West Ham Utd, but those that did, identify him with a special time for the club. Together, we attempted to show-and-tell the sights, sounds and stories of the period that would become a precursor to my first animated feature Everybody's Second Team. David was my first footballing hero, and his sticker was on my felt-tip pen box. I would have never have done this project without David in it. Thanks David x
