Do this the right way! Learn from my mistake at the end where I dropped a part, be careful and don't do lose it!

How to replace the Ignition Switch Pin on a 2005 Jeep Liberty, this same procedure applies to many DCJ vehicles as this part is very common.

This can cause a sudden no start, they key will turn power on to everything, but the engine will not crank. This usually happens suddenly without warn, I drove to work but wasn't able to start the Jeep at lunch. Luckily I had wire with me and I was able to bypass the starter relay.
