Today the Hon'ble Supreme court Of India decided the 16 MLA of Maharashtra assembly disqualification issue. The Hon'ble Supreme Court has sent the present issue to the 7 judge bench for further decision.
The Supreme court comments if the Udhav Thakare the then Chief Minister if Not resigned the Supreme Court can maintain the status qua and Udhav Thakare Would be the Chief minister.
