Traded a snowmobile for an abandoned 1949 Pontiac with a stuck motor will it start?

I traded a snowmobile for this 1949 Pontiac project that was abandoned years ago, and it's got a stuck motor. We'll see if we can get the motor un seized and get the motor running.
