How to Build an Open Source Bluetooth Mechanical Keyboard

Building your own mechanical keyboard is a great project! However, while there are many mechanical keyboard kits available, Clem naturally wants a keyboard so weird and unique that he has to build it from scratch.

He wants an ortholinear keyboard (where every key is horizontally and vertically aligned), with 60 buttons, clicky keys, Bluetooth connected, and modular with a visual modifier key indication. He has to write the firmware from scratch in Arduino, as no ready-made system like QMK would support his weird mashup of US and German keyboard layouts.

Because Clem's keyboard is fully open source, you can download all of his files and make your own BLE keyboard for free!
