House Music Turntable Composition - DJ Delta

#HipHop and #HouseMusic have the same roots: THE BREAK! When I started #DJing (94/95) I was listening to both Jazzy Jeff's mixtapes and Kenny Dope, Little Louie Vega and Todd Terry’s records. I felt that there was a thread that united the two sounds, but I couldn't understand. Record after record, #mixtape after mixtape (and also thanks to labels like Nervous Record which released both Hip Hop and House productions) I realized that at the base of the two genres there was the same background and so I discovered Funk, Soul , Italo Disco, Jazz, Blues. I chose to become a #HipHopDJ because I love #scratching, but I never stopped following the House scene. It is a pity that the two worlds was divided in their history for socio-political reasons. For my part, I always hope that these two great genres will live together again! Peace ❤️
