Presenting complete review of the contents and efficacy of "Coronil Kit". Patanjali Ayurved recently launched a combination of three medicines - Swasari Vati, Anu tail, and Coronil Tablet as an Immunity booster. Let us know the properties of all 3 one by one.

Swasari Vati - In Ayurveda, the word Swas refers to Bronchial Asthma. This combination is very effective in treating asthma, respiratory infections, cough, cold, dyspnea(difficulty in breathing), or any other respiratory symptoms. But Swasari Vati is a Rasa Aushadhi, i.e. it contains both herbs as well as processed minerals and metals. Hence it is advisable not to consume Swasari Vati if you are healthy and not having any medical problem. In case you have any respiratory symptoms as mentioned above still consult an ayurvedic doctor before having this medicine.

Anu Tail - It is a medicated oil prepared by boiling various herbs in sesame oil. This oil is for Nasya Karma or Nasal drops. Nasya is one of the five primary processes of Panchkarma. When done as a pradhan karma it requires proper guidance and precautions. But of its type that is Pratimarsh Nasya can be taken daily by anybody anytime. The quantity of oil in Pratimarsh Nasya is fixed. Its 2 drops in each nostril.

In Ayurveda, it is mentioned that "Nasa hi Shirso Dwarah" i.e. nose is the gateway to our brain which means that medications through nose reach up to the brain and affect its functioning. Nasya, when performed properly activates the brain and our sense organs. It also provides respiratory immunity.

Coronil Tablet- This is the only new formula being introduced; the former two were already present in the market. It has only three ingredients -
Guduchi, Ashwagandha, and Tulsi. This is one of the great combinations of herbs. All three are great immunity booster and safe to use in all age groups even kids.

Conclusion - The whole kit is not recommended for everyone.

If you are healthy:
- Don't take Swasari Vati
- Can take 2 drops of Anu tail as Pratimarsh Nasya
- Can take Coronil tablet for immunity boosting( 2-2 tabs twice a day with lukewarm water after food) for 7days

If you have any respiratory symptoms:
- Can take Swasari Vati after consulting with Ayurvedic Doctor
- Take 2 drops of Anu tail Nasya daily as Pratimarsh Nasya
- Take coronil tablet in above-mentioned quantity for 14 days.
