54th Annual Chicano Park Day 2024

April 20, 2024 - Chicano Park Day

The 54th Annual Chicano Park Day was held on Saturday, April 20th. The car exhibit was slightly reduced this year, but didn’t minimize the celebration of the park’s history. As always, people visited Barrio Logan from all over San Diego, Los Angeles, San Jose and beyond.

Thank you to the Chicano Park Steering Committee for all their efforts in ensuring these annual celebrations continue. Thank you to all the volunteers, local businesses, vendors, car clubs, and everyone who came to support and appreciate the culture. May we continue to uplift one another and never forget the roots of the resistance that inspired the people of Barrio Logan to build the park 54 years ago.
