In this video I'll show you how to change your stock lean back launcher to something you like better.

Download Minimal ADB and fastboot and install on your computer.

Download the launcher that you want.
Turn on developer mode in settings. (Settings, about, click build 8 times)
Turn on USB debugging. (Developer options, usb debugging)
Plug your USB into your computer.
