Example of Physical Assessment

There are two errors. When listening to the heart I transposed the valves, to the right of the sternal border is the aortic valve and to the left is the pulmonic valve.
Additionally I refer to the biceps reflex and muscle as brachial (no idea why) Ignore that too.
