This project is almost becoming the definition of convenience. In terms of location, it's just a road away from Mont Kiara which means they pretty much share the same distance away from major addresses such as KL city centre, Bangsar, KL Sentral, Petaling Jaya, Damansara and etc. Then in terms of living convenience, you have the Publika mall, retail shops, offices, and residence, all complementing each other in one huge complex.

This directly results in the constant congestion in the area as during office hours, the residents will move out and office workers will travel in. Then after office hours, office crowds will travel out while residents and party people will travel into the complex. It's just a never ending spot for activities.
However, this would only be suitable for career and action oriented individuals as the living components are not as ideal. Most of the spaces are dark and enclosed, and the facilities are just there to fulfill authority requirements.
