L.A. had 3rd-most dog attacks against USPS mail carriers in nation last year

Los Angeles and California rank high in the U.S. Postal Service’s list of dog attacks on mail carriers last year, according to figures released by the agency this week. Chip Yost reports for the KTLA 5 News at 3 on June 16, 2021.
