Basseterre is the largest town and the port of the Caribbean Island St Kitts. It has about 15,000 inhabitants who have worked together to mend the damage they had from the storm which was mainly fences and superficial. Doris takes you to all the main points of the town and nearly gets reprimanded for ringing the town bell.
