I'm a new mom and... is a series of check-ins that I usually film while my baby naps. I want to take you with me and share what it's like to become a mom while living in a foreign country.

Today's topic is about being hard on myself. I struggle a lot with always needing to operate at maximum capacity. If I'm not always working on something, I feel understimulated. But, now that I have a newborn my schedule is so unpredictable and I'm not able to take on as much as I once was able to.
