Bone Segmentation of a Difficult Maxilla in Blue Sky Plan
Bone Segmentation is the process of turning a dicom of a patient's jaw into a solid, watertight stl model. This is usually done so that you can make bone supported surgical guides. The maxilla is inherently more difficult than the mandible because of it's poor density. This video goes through my process to achieve a good bone segmentation in a difficult case.
