Avatar: The Last Airbender is the story of a 12 year old boy, Aang, a reincarnation of the Avatar (a master “bender” who can control all four elements — water, earth, fire, air) who journeys to end a 100 year old war initiated by a murderous, imperialist Fire Nation, Avatar The Last Airbender really delves into morality, honor, pride, duty, and sacrifice. The cast numbers in the hundreds, so we had to make some difficult choices on who to include, and who to kick to the cabbages. Sorry Appa lovers, but only humans made the cut this time around.
