Beyond All Reason - New UI (WIP) - Scavenger defence

Replaced the old ui widgets: buildmenu, tooltip, ordersmenu, faction picker, initial queue, selected unit buttons. Also using gradients to imitate a glossy/glass finish on ui elements/backgrounds, this makes ui with low opacity still have some definition.
It is more responsive, more efficient and about 10x more performant, prettier and able to do more with it. This is a work in progress still. Icon grouping and more info displayed at the unit tooltip are on the roadmap and hotkeys are not done yet.
