Pair Trading with RSI - Trading Strategy
Pair trading is market neutral trading. When price ratio of two stocks deviates far from trend it tends to revert back. Using RSI we can find mean reverting trade opportunities in pairs. When the RSI reaches overbought region, we take Short Stock-A and Long Stock-B. Similarly, when the RSI reaches oversold take Long Stock-A and Short Stock-B.
