Back from NAMM (I miraculously didn't get sick), and right into prepping for a solo bass gig.

NAMM is fun, good, bad, hectic, loud, demoralising (seeing Henrik Linder play), gruelling, draining.... and WORTH IT EVERY TIME. Getting a chance to be immersed in the bass scene for a weekend is just so cool to me. Walking the line as a "buyer" and "player" can be difficult. I'm always there to WORK, but it's hard to not want to absorb it all as a content creator/bass nerd/gear junkie..etc.

I'll share more on how the solo gig went in the next episode. It being the first time taking the bi-amp rig out, as well as the HX Stomp, I should learn something about what I'm doing right... and maybe very wrong.
