Homeschooling with Lots of Littles

Hey! Totally normal, falls short, but tries my best, and we are seeing fruits still, former foster now turned adoptive, homeschool mom of 6 here!

This is a glimpse into our typical day 🤪. Lots of Littles to keep busy while we try to get readings done. The key is switching things up A LOT! Today we had lots of rain and errands to run so we didnt want to get muddy, but we wanted to be outside. We grabbed a container and went to the porch and read to one of the older boys. A little while later, to change things up and keep littles happy, we grabbed a different container while I read to the other older boy. The big boys like playing in the containers too 😉

*We use a Charlotte Mason approach and choose the free AmblesideOnline curriculum. Currently I have two in school in Year 8 and Year 7 and 4 little ones that are 5, 4, 3, and 3 as of this date 9/15/2023.

We have done AmblesideOnline (AO) from the beginning, so we have done Years 1-7 so far!
