HawkSoft Integration Setup | Lightspeed Voice Tutorial

Learn how to set up the Lightspeed Voice HawkSoft integration and start streamlining communication across your agency. In this tutorial, we walk through the full setup process, from enabling @hawksoftinc data sharing to configuring Lightspeed Voice Orbit for automatic call logging, call recordings, and AI-powered insights.

Before beginning setup, an authorized HawkSoft administrator must enable Data Sharing for both “Lightspeed Voice” and “Lightspeed Voice (W)” in the HawkSoft Marketplace. This allows Lightspeed Voice to securely connect with your agency through two-way API integration.

Once enabled, we’ll guide you through installing the Lightspeed Voice Orbit desktop application, connecting your HawkSoft account, and configuring the integration inside Lightspeed Voice. You’ll learn how to enter your Agency ID and credentials, authenticate the integration, set the executable path for the HawkSoft application, and test the connection to ensure everything is working properly.

After setup is complete, Lightspeed Voice can automatically open a client record in HawkSoft when a call comes in, giving your team instant access to caller information. When the call ends, the interaction is automatically logged in HawkSoft with details such as call direction, duration, and a direct link to the call recording.

If your account has NOVA, Lightspeed Voice’s AI assistant, enabled, each call can also include a Smart Summary and Sentiment analysis so your team can quickly review key takeaways from the conversation.

With Lightspeed Voice and HawkSoft working together, your agency can eliminate manual call logging, keep communication organized, and make every client interaction easier to manage.
