In this interview, myself and TJ interview Chad Smith, a senior Key Lime Air Cargo Captain who's been doing this 500 hour cargo pilot job for 16 years, and talks about how he started with low hours and built flight time in the Metroliner at entry level.

As a low time pilot, you can learn to fly cargo in Metroliners, build flight hours as a First Officer, and eventually upgrade to Captain. Eventually, you'll transition into Denver Air Connection passenger jet fleet. It's a great way to go from a commercial pilot with minimal skills, to a high time, professionally trained airline ready pilot. Chad talks about what can be done to be a successful pilot making this your career or your career path.
