Jira Assets Part 2 | ACP-420 Jira Service Projects Study Session

Join me for a live, 60 minute, study session for ACP-420 - "Managing #Jira Service Projects". My goal is to take this certification exam by May 1st, 2025 and I need your help studying in these weekly sessions!

Here we'll touch on Assets - which can be anything your organization needs to track (people, computers, etc). We'll learn the basics of what assets are, how to manage them and how they interact with JSM.

Come for the studying, or to cheer (or jeer!) me on as I refresh my memory on what, exactly, Jira Service Projects are. This certification is great for anyone who uses Jira Service Management, or is expected to be a Project Admin for a Jira Service Management project (we'll get practical skills and also, hopefully, earn a certification that we can share).

I'll start by talking a bit about the certification and how to take it, but then will jump right into the free training Atlassian offers and you can follow along!
