Koh Samui Travel Vlog. This is Chaweng Beach Road at night and Maro is leading the way up the road. We are in Koh Samui, Thailand. This video is aimed at those of you who have visited Koh Samui before or those of you who are planning a holiday in Koh Samui and are not share where you want to stay. The two most popular areas to stay in Koh Samui Island are Lamai Beach and Chaweng Beach. This Chaweng Beach Road walk will give you an idea of what Chaweng Beach is like at night as we walk past restaurants, bars, massage salons, cafe´s, the Central Festival Shopping Mall etc. Our walk starts in the southern end of Chaweng Beach Road and ends as we arrive at our favorite bar / sports bar The Islander!

Chaweng Beach road at night is the central area for night entertainment, shopping, bars and restaurants at Chaweng Beach. The road is full of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants catering to the tastes of all. Chaweng Beach Road is also the location of the Central Festival Samui Shopping Mall which has a good selection of shops, restaurants, a big supermarket, a Food Court and even a world-class cinema.

Wikitravel writes about Chaweng Beach, "Chaweng is the largest and most popular of Samui's beaches, and is usually divided into four sections: North Chaweng, Central Chaweng, South Chaweng and Chaweng Noi (Little Chaweng) which is around a headland and at the southern most tip of Chaweng. Chaweng Beach is approximately 7 km long, making it the longest beach on the east coast. It is lined with coconut trees and boasts year long, warm (temperatures range between 25-28°C.) emerald-blue waters in the Gulf of Thailand..".

This video footage is filmed at Chaweng Beach on Chaweng Beach Road in the evening. Chaweng Beach lies between the other popular Koh Samui tourist areas which are called BoPhut and Lamai Beach.
