藏在云南深山里的紫色美味——山螃蟹【滇西小哥】
你吃过山里的螃蟹吗?在云南大山深处的水沟里,有一种紫色的螃蟹,我们叫山蟹。
它个头不大,对环境的要求特别高,要生活在没有污染的泥浆水里,味道却特别鲜美,油炸后可以直接吃,也可以做成景颇菜:“舂螃蟹”。就着美味的舂螃蟹,我还做了一份:“傣味菜包鱼”,每一口都鲜美难忘~

Have you ever tried crabs living in the mountains? In the streams deep inside Yunnan mountains, there are some purple crabs called "Mountain Crabs".
These crabs are small and have a strict requirement for their habitats. They can only live in non-polluted muddy water. Nevertheless, they have an amazing taste and can be eaten once deep-fried or made into a Jingpo dish - Pounded Crabs. I also made some Dai-style stuffed leaves with fish with these pounded crabs. Every bite is a treat for the taste buds.
