Coronavirus — How to Talk about It in English
The coronavirus is worrisome and stressful, but what shouldn’t be stressful is how to talk about it in English.
Whether you need to have conversations with medical professionals, friends, family, or coworkers in English or you want to share your experiences with others, I want you to understand and know how to use essential vocabulary.
In this lesson, I share vocabulary that you are hearing and reading in the news, plus:
- how to talk about symptoms with a medical professional
- responses to the virus around the world
- how people are preparing
If you have a question about something you’ve heard or read; if you’re struggling with how to express your thoughts, or if you want to share your experience, the best place to do that is my online lesson.
I’ll be reviewing comments and questions regularly.
