So, there's certainly a lot to say about the build we have today, Infinity Edge first with a follow up of Nashor's Tooth at some point seems... questionable, to say the least, but this build idea actually sounds a bit like what I was experimenting with in old Season 5 League of Legends back in 2015.
Mine was a little different but I also made similar, familiar mistakes as well, but maybe this one was right, or aged better, all the way to Season 14, in 2024!

Thresh Top Runes (Recommended for aggression, experienced play. Fleet Footwork can be used when newer or want a safer lane)

Press The Attack
Presence of Mind
Legend: Bloodline (AD, take Alacrity if you take BOTRK early, or if you play AP)
Coup De Grace or Last Stand

Second Wind vs poke / Bone Plating against early game burst and fighters
Overgrowth if need a huge tank / Revitalize against poke / Unyielding tenacity for overwhelming CC or you need Plated Steelcaps instead of Mercs (though merc treads is usually enough)
