Interview with Sebastian Lösch (Munich, Germany)

Mahlefitz's roaster Sebastien Lösch talks about the tradition of drinking coffee in Germany as well as his own and how it reflects on the speciality coffee scene today. Brewed coffee has always been here and it correlates well with the modern approach to coffee. Slower than espresso it bridges the customer and the barista through a conversation that fills the preparation time.

Sebastian's piece of advice in terms of succesful business? ''Not only look for passion in yourself but also for the right conditions. You need both to get your profit out.''
