Damian Durda is a person who made our stay in Poznan unforgettable. His passion for coffee is difficult to overlook! He is very active as a barista and coffee professional as well as a coffee blogger. In the interview, Damian talks about his early beginnings, the speciality coffee scene in Poland, his inspiration from Tim Wendelboe and the coffee community (or family) in Poznan.
Damian Durda lives now in Berlin where he develops a coffee program at Bonanza Coffee Roasters.
