Screen time use for kids has to be one of the most common things parents feel guilty about for their child.

As a Pediatrician and mom, I know the convenience of screens.

But, I also know the limitations we should give them to foster development. I do believe this is an important balance and on this episode of PDT TV, I share the research behind screens and how to create a screen time plan for your family.

This video doesn't go over screen time use that is needed for school with e-learning. This is more for recreational use when a child is out of school.
