Draping a simple shift on the 1/2 scale dummy and making a pattern
This video shows you how to make a pattern from draped fabric on the half-scale dummies. Includes marking tucks and edges on the draped fabric as well as creating an opening on the centre back seam. From here a half-scale pattern with seam allowances can be created. This pattern can be cut out in calico and toiled to check accuracy.
