Is your shoulder pain from a "Frozen shoulder"? In this video, I discuss the 3 tests I use in my physical therapy clinic to determine if a client has a frozen shoulder.
1. Both active and passive range of motion are equal
2. Greater than 50% loss of external rotation as compared to the non-injured
side
3. Resisted manual muscle testing of shoulder and elbow muscles are usually not painful.
